1 ) What is your return policy?

2) What are your store hours?

We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST at 4524 Forsyth Road Ste. 202 Macon, Georgia 31210.

3) One I have placed my online order, how long will it take to arrive?

Our online orders typically take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Ordes placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please allow extra time for non-business days when expecting your package. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

4) If I choose the in-store pickup option, how long before I will be able to pick up my item(s)?

All in-store pick up orders placed Monday through Friday will be ready for pickup the following business day at 11:00 a.m. In store pickup is not available on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. 

 5) If I select in-store pickup for my online order, how do I return my purchase if needed?

You may either ship your purchase back to us at your expense within the time frame stated in our return policy or you may return it in-store Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We do not accept online returns in-store Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please see our return policy for further instructions.

 6) Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states and US territories. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
